highly recommend this for anyone who doesn't like to swallow tablets or gels
It is scientifically proven that Omega-3 has tons of health benefits, including but not limited to lowering high blood pressure and for helping prevent heart attacks and strokes. However, I really don't like swallowing tablets or fishy gels as Omega-3 supplements so I was excite to find that Vitafusion has Omega-3 as one of their gummy vitamin products. It was delivered promptly by Amazon and the cap was sealed with s plastic wrap that I had to break so I know that this wasn't opened by another person. When I broke the sealed and opened the cap, the opening inside was also sealed by plastic paper that I had to rip open. I felt confident that this vitamin jar was brand new and not opened nor tempered. The gummy inside were not stuck to each other and I was able to easily just take two at a time for daily consumption. The flavor and taste is pretty delicious! I highly recommend this for anyone who needs Omega-3 benefits but don't like to swallow tablets or fishy gels. 5 out of 5 stars.

Omega-3, without the bad taste!!
My doctor said I should be taking Omega-3. After some research I bought 3 different gummies as an initial test. These Vitafusion Omega-3 gummies are the ONLY ones I'll be reordering. No fishy taste, unlike all of the others. In fact, I ate one of these and one of the others to help hide the fishy taste from the other brand gummies.
